Topcu is a Construction, Contracting and Consultancy Company established in 2002. The first investment of the company was the construction of its own production plant equipped with latest technology CNC machines for the fabrication of steel constructions and mechanical equipments. The production plant has a structural steel manufacturing capacity of 7.000 tons per year.
The scope of works cover civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, painting, insulation, fireproofing works as well as structural steel and consult services related to construction.
Topcu’s field of activity is mainly superstructure and infrastructure of investments, pipelines, fabrication and erection of steel constructions, mechanical equipments, highway and railway bridges, health facilities, residences and houses, subway transportation facilities, social and cultural complexes.
Topcu is extremely familiar with International products, specifications, quality standards and business and management policies. Topcu is capable of managing and constructing quite large projects with its young, dynamic and talented staff and organization structure.
